Steve is now the second longest serving presenter after Tommy Gunn. His Vinyl Only show The Tuesday Soul Cellar is very popular and he often has guest DJ’s spinning the records with him from his Northants Studio.
His love of Northern Soul, started from his early Mod Revival days in Stevenage and is now a regular, DJing on the Northern Soul Scene in Northamptonshire
Steve music on Steve’s shows come from his extensive Vinyl collection.
Bob Hutchins started the station, with the sole purpose of providing a Station that promoted Soul Music based on, but not exclusively to the Northern Soul scene, that would not just play tunes from the top 500, but would have music from Soul’s earliest roots up to today
